On Tuesday September 18th, the DCE received a delegation from the Province of Nakhon Phanom, Thailand. The DCE was introduced to delegates of this province by Adrie Braat, who noticed the upcoming cycling culture when visiting the region last year.

The Province of Nakhon Phanom has recently built a cycle path along the Mekong River, and they plan to promote and increase the number of cyclists in the region over the next few years. The DCE gave an introductory presentation about our purpose and our activities throughout the world. A fruitful day that inspired the people of the Province of Nakhon Phanom to become the leading cycling province in Thailand!
