On Tuesday September 19th, a Japanese delegation visited the office of the Dutch Cycling Embassy.The group consisted of five delegates from the Secretariat of Bicycle Utilization Promotion Headquarters from the Road Bureau of The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Japan (MLIT), Docon Co. Ltd Consulting Engineers and the Institute of Behavioral Sciences.
