Marise Bezema

Head of Mobility Services at NS Stations, Working at Nederlandse Spoorwegen

Marise Bezema is Head of Mobility Services at NS Stations, a business unit of the Dutch Railways. She is managing the operations and development of mobility services at all train stations in the Netherlands. The services include OV-bicycle (a bike rental/sharing public bike system with over five million rentals per year), the management of around hundred guarded bicycle parking facilities, car parking, taxi, lockers, toilets and waiting facilities. The quality of the services has a substantial impact on customer satisfaction.
